The Advantage Lite innersole has been specifically designed by podiatrists to offer the latest in innersole technology. The superior design and fabrication will provide the wearer with mild arch support, comfort and shock absorption. The reduced arch profile caters for the demands of the user requiring support without being overly aggressive. The addition of a thermoplastic stabiliser makes this a unique product.


  1. Remove existing innersole from footwear
  2. Trim Realign innersole to desired length
  3. Place into footwear and gradually increase usage
