The Faith takes the everyday toe-post sandal and gives it a little polish, topped with a statement buckle that adjusts to your foot. A microfibre-lined forefoot strap keeps things soft against the skin, while a dual-density Phylon midsole cushions and steadies each step with Hidden Comfort underfoot. The rubber outsole grips through markets, footpaths and sandy car parks.

So disappointed with these sandals. They’re so uncomfortable. They belong in Kmart, not on the Comfort Co website.

We are sorry that you're disappointed with your new sandals. We can see why though. Making the decision to level up from Kmart to a Comfort Co shoe should be one that pays dividends in comfort, and it's regrettable that in this instance that it's missed the mark.

That being said, we do find this feedback incredibly troubling. The Mia Vita Faith's have been received incredibly well by not only the people within our fit testing process pre-release, to the customers who have purchased them after.

When we have received feedback like this in the past 9 times out of 10 it is because people are not yet used to Arch Support, but then they change their tune once they are.

However, upon looking into your customer account we've seen that you have purchased from us in the past. Which means this mustn't be the case.

So now, for lack of a better term, we're stumped. We pride ourselves in the quality and comfort of all the shoes we sell, so we would like to launch an investigation into exactly what went wrong in this case.
