I take about 9.5 and it's a very snug fit, I took a 10.5 and it's a little loose fit but both are overall comfortable, the sides are stiff and stay stiff which is ok but makes the 9.5 a bit harder to take on and off.
Overall i've been wearing the 9.5 them for 4-5 months and walking about 8km a day, other than wear in the back Achilles area they are still a good fit and no sign of any other damage. I had hip problems and the combination of these shoes and regular walking my issues have diminished substantially.
