The first order for Tara Heeled Sandal black size 38 was no problem. Then I ordered two more Tara sandals, the soft gold colour size 38 and another black in size 39, and that's where the problems began. The soft gold was fine, but the black size 39 was damaged upon opening. I took photos of it because if anything I order arrives damaged/faulty it's handy to prove that's how it arrived if it becomes a legal issue. When I called to arrange a refund I was told to send the photos to a certain email address, which I did, however after waiting a few days another email said the files couldn't be opened and could I resend them for assessment. I found this highly unusual and not in line with Australian Consumer Law or even the Comfort Co's usual procedure. So far I have ordered 8 pairs of shoes of which 3 have arrived faulty and the first two I sent back without photos and received a refund with good service. I'd like to receive the same with my current faulty shoes.
