I bought 2 of these pairs of shoes because they were so comfortable. However after wearing one of the pairs for a maximum of 10 times one of the shoelaces broke. The other shoelace was frayed. When I contacted scholl about the issue with the shoelaces ( this has never ever happened to me before) they did not provide replacement shoelaces despite it being a fault. Not impressed at all!
